The insectphylo hub aims to integrate insect phylogenetics with molecular ecology. This is achieved through synthesizing 1) phylogenomics 2) published phylogenetics works 3) DNA barcoding. We encourage insect systematists to contribute their results as part of the wider goal towards the Tree of Life, while integration with publicly available DNA barcode data enables the provision of analysis-ready phylogenetic frameworks which contain evolutionary information applicable to diverse molecular ecological and phylogeographical applications.
